Welcome to Premier Pediatrics!  We appreciate the opportunity to care for your child; we will work together to ensure the safety and health of your child.

The goal of our practice is to provide quality care to your child.  We will treat you and your child with the utmost respect and courtesy, provide you with information and tools to make informed decisions regarding your child’s health care, and answer your questions to the best of our ability.

We expect that you will treat our staff with courtesy and respect, be on time for your appointment, and provide us with appropriate notice if you need to reschedule an appointment.

It is important that you act as a partner in your child’s health care.  You should be involved and fully informed about all aspects of your child’s care.  We strongly encourage you to ask any questions that you may have regarding your child’s diagnosis or treatment.  You have the right to understand the provider’s thought processes and decisions.

It is extremely important that you follow through our recommendations for your child.  This involves making follow-up appointments as requested, administering medications we prescribe according to our instructions, taking your child for radiology or laboratory studies that we order, and scheduling appointments with the specialists to whom we refer your child.

We will devote our best efforts to ensuring that you receive the results of radiology or laboratory studies that we order for your child.  You should, however, call us if you do not receive results from our office in a timely manner.

We respect your time and will attempt to minimize your wait time in our office.  However, we do ask that you understand that from time to time a child may require more of our time than planned due to emergencies or complicated health issues.  Your wait might be prolonged; know that we will give you and your child the same consideration if the need arises.
