Bradley James Smith, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Smith grew up in Pennsylvania. He graduated with distinction from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor of science in biology. Dr. Smith then attended Georgetown University where he earned a masters degree in physiology. He received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University/ A.I. duPont Hospital for Children. During his pediatric residency, Dr. Smith was the recipient of the Dr. John W. Maroney Award for excellence in ambulatory care (selected by pediatric faculty members). Dr. Smith was recognized by parents as one of the Delaware Valley's Favorite Doctors for Children in MetroKids Magazine. In addition, Dr. Smith was recognized as the physician at Nemours/A.I. duPont Hospital with the highest Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Scores. Dr. Smith has been board certified in pediatrics since 2003 and is on staff at A.I. duPont Hospital for Children and Christiana Hospital.

Rebecca Anne Achterhof, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Achterhof grew up in Indiana. She graduated magna cum laude from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, with a bachelor of arts in biology. Dr. Achterhof received her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency in pediatrics at Thomas Jefferson University/A.I. duPont Hospital for Children. Dr. Achterhof was recognized by parents as one of the Delaware Valley's Favorite Doctors for Children in MetroKids Magazine. Dr. Achterhof has been board certified in pediatrics since 2005 and is on staff at A.I duPont Hospital for Children and Christiana Hospital. In her spare time, Dr. A enjoys reading, cycling, and traveling.

Sheila

Sheila joined Premier Pediatrics in April 2014. She has over 25 years' experience in the medical field. In September 2014 she completed her Medical Office Manager certification. She is using her past experience and recent training to supervise the office staff effectively and maintain a productive and efficient working environment. Sheila's goal is to deliver efficient and effective service to all Premier Pediatrics patients, assist both the patients and physicians in all aspects of care, and to use her extensive training, education and experience for the benefit of all. When she is not working, Sheila is busy spending time with her family and friends.
